1. SAFETY GOGGLES MUST BE
WORN AT ALL TIMES.
Players must wear goggles whenever they leave the registration and staging
area. At no time will a player be allowed to break the seal of the goggle
from the eyes. Only goggles specifically approved for paintball are allowed.
Any goggle lens that has a crack in it is not allowable.
2. NO SHOOTING AT THE NECK OR
HEAD. DO NOT SHOOT WILDLIFE. NO BLIND SHOOTING.
Players must never intentionally fire at another player's head. Players must
always be looking for their targets.
3. NO SHOOTING INTO OR OUT OF
STAGING AREA, NEUTRAL ZONES OR PARKING AREAS. BARREL PLUS ARE REQUIRED IN
THESE AREAS.
Players must never discharge their guns anywhere with the exception of the
target range or the particular playing field the game is being played on.
Players may never remove barrel plugs unless at the target range or when
told to do so by the referee. Only devices manufactured as Barrel Plugs may
be used. Squeegees and other such items may not be used.
4. NO CLIMBING OF TREES OR
STRUCTURES.
Players may never climb any trees, onto any structures, or into/onto or
under.
5. NO PHYSICAL CONTACT.
Players may never touch another player or his equipment during the play of
game.
6. NO UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT.
Players are not allowed to bring onto the playing field any equipment deemed
unsafe or not appropriate by the field operator. Players are not allowed to
use any gun that has an enhanced trigger mode. All guns must be actual
semi-auto. One complete trigger pull for each round fired. Players are not
allowed to wear metal cleats. Players are never allowed to bring onto the
field knives of any size, tools of any sort, machetes, axes, hatchets, paint
grenades, paint mines, multiple paintball launchers, pyrotechnics, smoke
grenades, or any type of firearms or explosives.
7. AVOID FIELD HAZARDS.
Players should avoid all obvious hazards such as fences, ruts, and vines.
8. CONSTRUCT NO BOOBY TRAPS.
Players may never construct anything that will hinder the movement of other
players. Players are not allowed to construct any sort of barricades or
bunkers. Players may not alter any natural or man made features.
9. NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL
DRUGS ARE ALLOWED.
Alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed on the premises.
10. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
Due to the outdoors, smoking is not permitted.
11. NO VERBAL OR PHYSICAL
ABUSE.
No profanity, name-calling, or slurs against anyone's race, color, religion,
national origin, or family members will be tolerated. Players with nicknames
that are suggestive in nature (ie Butt Head, Dick Wad, etc) should not use
them here. Physical fighting will not be tolerated. Any patron engaging in
verbal or physical abuse of another patron or park employee will be removed
from the premises. Depending on severity of the incident, police may be
called and charges pressed against patron violating this policy.
12. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE
COMPONENTS FROM RENTAL EQUIPMENT.
Players are never allowed to remove any parts or components from rental
equipment.
13. DO NOT LEAVE GUNS IN
DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
Referees should insure that players do not leave their guns exposed to the
sun. It takes anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes for a Co2 tank to over
pressurize and blow the rupture disk.
14. JUDGES DECISIONS ARE
FINAL.
Players are not allowed to argue with any judge. Judges will be happy to
discuss any call after the game. Referees should not engage in an argument
with the players over any subject matter. Avoid this at all costs. An
argument is a challenge to your authority as a referee. Never raise your
voice or verbally demean the player. Tell them your decision is final and if
there is need for further discussion you will gladly do so after the game in
the Registration Area. If the player continues to press the
argument/discussion you should ask him/her "Are you violating Safety Rule 14
and arguing with me?" If their response is yes then their armband should be
pulled and the player should be informed that they will be sitting out two
games for a safety rules violation and that if they continue after this they
will be expelled for the day.
15. OTHER UNSAFE CONDITION OR
UNSAFE ACT.
Any unsafe condition created by the guest or any unsafe act performed by the
guest that in the safety judgment of the judge or referee would result in
any injury to the guest or others, the violator will be suspended from the
game or expelled from the field for the day.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE SAFETY
RULES WILL RESULT IN THE OFFENDING PLAYER BEING REMOVED FROM PLAY FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THE DAY.
